I do one narrow band of work.

Traffic. Drink driving. Criminal charges in the District Court. Work and limited licences. Section 106 discharges, section 94 applications and P endorsement appeals. That's the list.

Not family law, property, employment, wills or company work. Ring about one of those and we'll point you somewhere better. Same if you need a trial specialist.

Narrow is the point. The same problems come through every week, so most of it is priced before it starts. We can give you a number on the phone.

Licences: any NZ court. Charges: the Auckland courts. It starts with a phone appointment, from wherever you are.

Every fee is on the fees page, court fees shown separately. A limited licence is $920, in two bites of $460.

Straight answers, not a lecture.

"Am I going to jail?" For most charges we see, no. A fine, community work or supervision is the realistic range. If yours is the exception, I'll tell you straight.
"Will I lose my job?" That's the real question. A limited licence exists for exactly this: $920 plus the court filing fee.
"Are you going to judge me?" No. Whether it's your first time or you're on a first-name basis with the court staff, we're not here to judge.
